In a prime location on International Drive, the hotel is at the center of lots of what Orlando has to offer. The Wyndham Orlando Resort is a campus style resort, with 2 heated swimming pools, hot tub, sauna & steam rooms and a state of the art health club.
It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants including Walgreens, BJ’s Brewhouse, Chuy’s Tex Mex, Blazing Tomato Pizza & Pasta, Red Robin, Longhorn Steakhouse and MANY more. Not to mention the ballrooms are ATTACHED to one of Rachael’s favorite restaurants Coopers Hawk Winery & Restaurant 🙂
If you are planning to make a vacation out of it or you just love the theme parks the hotel also offer a free shuttle to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld Orlando.
Room Rate and Hotel Booking
We have negotiated a great rate of $139 per night at the Wyndham Orlando Resort, and the room-block price remains the same for 3 days before and after the event. You will not find a better rate at the hotel, we negotiated NO resort fee (normally $26 per night) included with our price which will not be included if you book outside of our private room block. The room block will be open to weekend pass holders first and available to book on this website from November 2021.

4 FULL nights of Dancing Thursday through Sunday Night
The event will officially begin on Thursday evening with open dancing and will continue through SUNDAY night – we WILL be dancing Sunday night for those die-hards who won’t want it to end.
Wednesday February 16th we are kicking off the weekend with a pre party held at Cowboys, Orlando. We have rented the entire venue for the evening, there will be a special teach with one of our instructors and our awesome DJ Mr Big Dave will be rocking it all night long!
7pm – midnight at Cowboys, 1108 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL Tickets are $20 and available by clicking here.
The bar is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel, we are looking into renting a bus and once you purchase a ticket we will contact you about that.
On Friday evening why not join us for ‘Dinner with Stars’! You will be treated to an exclusive show that will be performed during dinner and enjoy spending some quality time with some of your favorite instructors and personalities. Numbers are limited so sign up early to avoid disappointment.
3 Workshop Rooms including dedicated Beginner/Improver room
We have 3 ballrooms open all weekend, workshops begin on Friday morning and end late Sunday afternoon.
One of the workshop rooms is a dedicated Beginner/Improver room, and will remain open during the evening for social dancing. We have invited Florida’s very own top choreographer and instructor Suzanne Wilson to host this ballroom, a party animal herself, with an infectious personality you are sure to have a fun-filled weekend.
The Florida Masters competition
The Florida Masters is a sanctioned qualifying event for the World Dance Masters. Competition will run throughout the weekend including solos, couples, duos, quads and teams. We invite you to come spectate and support the dancers as they perform for you.

Wednesday evening will be our pre party at one of the best bars in town “Cowboys” in Orlando. Join us to get the event started as we dance the night away with DJ Big Dave, and a teach from one of our guest instructors.
Tickets are limited.
Join us for dinner on Friday evening and be entertained by some of the World Dance Masters Show Team, this will be an exclusive performance only performed for dinner guests, numbers are limited.
Available for aged Under 16 only, must be accompanied by an adult. Includes access to ALL workshops, competition, 4 nights of social dancing and Saturday night show.
Must be competing in solo, team, pro-am or couples to purchase this pass (Choreography not included).
