THE FLORIDA DANCE MASTERS 2026
The Florida Dance Masters is the first World Dance Masters sanctioned event in the USA. The competition will run as part of the Sunshine N Line event April 2nd – 5th 2026. The past 4 years have been a huge success and of those that qualified the USA brought home many world titles as well as several top 5 placements at the World Dance Masters in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
By competing at the Florida Masters in 2026 you will qualify to dance at The World Dance Masters held in Blackpool, England July 30th – August 3rd 2026.
If there is no qualifying event in your Country (this is currently the only one in USA) then you are still able to compete at World Dance Masters 2026.
If you are planning on competing at The Florida Dance Masters you are required to purchase a weekend pass (with the exception of Tiny Tots, Rugrats and Allstars). You can purchase a competitor weekend pass which includes access to all competition, evening dances and the Saturday night show but does not include workshops, or competitors may choose to purchase the All Access Weekend pass to include the workshops. COMPETITOR REGISTRATION WDM
All competitors must register before midnight on the March 13th 2026 to be eligible to compete at The Florida Dance Masters 2025. When visiting the registration page, please ensure all details are filled in as requested. All competitors are also required to purchase an entry ticket to the event, except those competing in Tiny Tots, Rugrats and Allstars – your competitor registration fee will give you entry.

Ready to enter your own choreography? Judged by some of the best in the line dance world.
1st place overall winner receives a teaching spot at The World Dance Masters in Blackpool, England 2025 plus $750 towards travel expenses (paid at WDM July 30th – August 3rd 2026) and 4 nights accommodation (shared with another member of staff). They will also win a teaching spot, weekend pass and 4 nights accommodation (shared with another member of staff) at Sunshine N Line 2026.
SUNSHINE SHOWDOWN COMPETITION
At Sunshine N Line 2023 we added a new element to the event and partnered with Southern Soul to offer you a fun and exciting competition format that is sweeping the nation – we are back for our 4th year .
The competition is open to anyone (please note this is not a WDM format and completely separate).
Prizes include belt buckles, trophies, event passes and more.
