For those of you who have signed up for the pre-party we have booked buses to transport you from the hotel to Cowboys and back again.

COWBOYS PRE-PARTY – doors open when the 1st bus arrives – dancing starts at 7.30pm – midnight.

Should you wish to join us on the pre-party bus the cost is $18 round trip and must be paid in cash (please bring correct change) prior to boarding.  You will meet Sandy Albano  and team in reception of the hotel to check in for the bus, pay and get your wristbands for entry to Cowboys as well as bus ticket – these details will be confirmed by email from Sandy closer to the time.

Deadline to sign up for the pre-party bus is Friday March 27th.

 The bus has 2 departure times  of 6.10pm and 7.05pm from the hotel.  Return times are 11.20pm and 12.10am from Cowboys.

Please choose which times you prefer on the form below, please note your time choice will be on a first come first served basis and not guaranteed, if the bus time of your choice is full you will be moved to another bus.

You may sign up for more than one person, please include their first and last names along with an email address.

Your email address is required so that we can confirm your bus and send you important updates.
